Changed your mind? No problem! 

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it ships. Just drop us a line at hello@finestrings.in or WhatsApp us at  Ph No : +91-9810989720 with your order number.

Exchange/Refund Policy

Not totally in love with your FineStrings product? No problem! 

We offer a 2-day exchange or refund on everything. 

To get started, just drop us a line at hello@finestrings.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9810989720. Let us know your order number and whether you'd like a refund or need a different size.

In case of Exchanges: 

We'll come and pick up the original item, and when we get it back in good shape, we'll send you the new one. (Give us 7 to 10 working days to get everything sorted.)

In Case of Refunds: 

We'll send your refund via UPI to the number you provide within 1-2 working days. Please note that INR 200 will be deducted for shipping and reverse pickup charges.

A few quick things: 

Size exchange is possible once only. 

Make sure the item is Brand new (not used, worn, or washed),  In perfect condition (no changes, stains, or damage) and has all the tags and original packaging. We'll check the item when it gets back to us.

International orders can't be exchanged or returned.

Fine Strings reserves the right to alter and enforce this Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.
